Using the Ozone Machine during a therapy will increase the healing time by more than 10 times than just therapy alone. By using our therapy products and the ozone machine, you can get results that medications alone can’t do.
Ozone is not only a very powerful oxidizing agent but also a very powerful non-chemical disinfectant. It has the unique feature of decomposing to a harmless, nontoxic, environmentally safe material: oxygen. In Europe, ozone is used for many purposes: color removal, taste and odor removal, turbidity reduction, organics removal, micro flocculation, iron and manganese oxidation, and most commonly, bacterial disinfection and viral inactivation. Hydro-Massage & Skin Ozone Therapies Understanding that Hydro-massage & Skin Ozone Therapies are not a drug or a magic bullet, it is recommended to always treat patients under the direct supervision of a licensed veterinarian. Hydro-massage and pet skin ozone therapies are therapeutic tools which can aid the groomer in regaining the health of the skin. In the end, the immune system has to do the work of healing the body and skin. Ozone therapy is best performed along with other treatment modalities in order to achieve the best results. The number and frequency of treatments will vary with the condition being treated. A treatment plan is determined on an individual basis depending on the patient’s specific skin issues.
Give your pet the gift of healthy skin with Iv San Bernard’s groundbreaking skin therapies. A free consultation with Chantelle is required before starting any treatments.
For mild health issues, weekly therapies are typically needed for 6-10 weeks. For more serious conditions, twice-weekly sessions and ongoing maintenance may be necessary.
The goal of our therapies is to help your pet recover and thrive, without relying on long-term prescription medications*.

Pricing varies for each pet and is determined by breed, size and condition of the pet's coat. Additional charges may also apply due to the pets temperament and behaviour during the grooming session.
2.Cancellation Policy:
Pamperpals dog grooming requires 24 hr notice of cancellation. This way your appointment time can become available to someone else. I understand emergencies and life happens, so please be courteous of my time and schedule and let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule.
Less then 12hr notice and appt is confirmed 50% will be charged to you.
A reminder text will be sent to you the day before your scheduled appointment in which you can confirm/cancel or contact me to reschedule.
3.No Show/Late Policy:
Pamperpals dog grooming has a policy for no-shows and late arrivals. A late arrival is 15 minutes past your appointment time. A no-show or late arrival, you will be required to provide a 50% deposit that will be additional to your total at next service time.
4.Pick up/Drop off Policy:
Owner must pick-up pet within 30mins of a phone call/voicemail/text message to notify owner that the pet will be ready for pick-up. There will be a $5 fee for every 15 minutes after the 30 minute window, unless discussed prior to the pet's drop-off.
PamperPals Dog Grooming asks if you could arrive 5 mins early prior to your appointment time to ensure your pooch goes to the toilet before entering the salon, its time consuming if we need to clean up after your pooch as well as when they are freshly cleaned and decides to toilet and requires a re-wash, this does take time and cuts into the groom time required for your pooch and us groomers fall behind, we will send a text or ring when your pooch is ready for collection, please do not arrive until notified as your pooch might hear or see you and will act up, and having to get your pooch to calm down so we can safely finish the groom, this will put us behind.
5.Fleas & Ticks:
If you know that your pet has fleas, please notify us prior to your appointment. If we find fleas during grooming, will bathe the pet with a medicated flea and tick shampoo, we will notify you, if possible. The additional charge for this service is $15. The flea bath will only kill active ticks and fleas on your pet but will not prevent any future fleas or flea eggs from hatching once your pet leaves the salon. You are responsible for treating the home premises and sleeping areas of the pet. If your pet is extremely infested (which will be determined by staff at the time) we will have no choice but to call the owner to pick up immediately and still charge for the service time we have already completed, as we have to clean the salon to avoid any infestations.
6.Pet Behaviour/ Safety Measures:
It is important that your pet/s are well behaved, if they are difficult to groom, I will do my absolute best to finish the groom safely. However, I will never put your dog in any unnecessary distress. I strongly believe in safety over aesthetics. If I have tried everything in my power and still can not finish your dog/s groom, I will stop and call you for pick up. The total of the groom price will still be due in full at time of pickup.
7.Biting:
If your pet has any history of biting, we ask that you notify us before grooming. This will help prevent injury to us and your pet. If your pet has behavioural issues, we are happy to work through them with you. If the behaviour issues require extra time, we will charge an additional fee.
8.Matted Coat & Shave Downs:
There are extra charges if matting is significant $25 matting fee. If your pet is matted, this is a health crisis. If possible, we will de-mat your pet, but in order to prevent inhumane discomfort and/or pain to your pet, your groomer may feel it necessary to shave down your pet if severely matted. Post- shave effects are temporarily unattractive, unpleasant and uncomfortable. But your pet will be starting the process to regain healthier skin and coat. Shaving a pet often exposes pre-existing skin conditions or sores. Shaving such may cut or irritate the skin. We do not pay vet bills for eye irritations, skin rashes, cuts, skin irritations, repairing broken skin due to scratching, licking, chewing, or pets that shiver/hide. These are common responses to shave downs. While ther goomer will employ the greatest care to avoid such events, they can and do occur in shave downs.
Pamperpals Dog Grooming will always put your pet/s health and safety first over vanity. Our team is trained in first aid and will apply where required, a matted form will be provided at drop off where the owner of the pet will need to read and sign.
